Kazakhstan has not yet accomplished this goal as they have faced various challenges such as resolutions and orders of their ministry of healthcare not being practiced with as precision as need be at the local level. To improve their plan to reduce child mortality, Kazakhstan plans to introduce full-financed regionalisation of perinatal care into obstetric practices, finance more sustainable Effective Perinatal Care programmes and WHO integrated Management of Childhood Illness in primary hospitals and healthcare facilities, further research into the causes of accidents, assess the exact frequency and causes of congenital malformation, and amplify the usage of the babies matrix for proper management decisions in obstetrics.
