70% of the budget will go towards International Telecommunications Union to create projects that work on getting internet access across Kazakhstan. 25% of the funds will go to One Laptop Per Child to make the internet access usable and aid students in schools, opening up a new range of resources such as Wikimedia, TED, and Saylor, which promote make education available for all. The remainder will go towards the creation of governmental policies which protect and promote the educational and political rights of girls and women in Kazakhstan and the creation of governmental run programmes which run educational exchange programmes with other nations to spread knowledge and create more global partnerships.
